At Waterbox Aquariums, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your aquatic displays. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
